Indira Corales Latin Quartet Friday August 24th, 2007, 9:30pm -12:30am Indira Corales Latin Quartet performs a wide spectrum of Latin-American and Afro-Cubano music, from smooth sounding Spanish ballads boleros and bossa nova to upbeat cha-cha-cha, danzón, and Brazilian sambas. The quartet plays tunes that are known worldwide, such as Bésame Mucho, Sway, Girl from Ipanema, Oye Como va, Guantanamera and many more. The songs are performed in Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and in English. The Latin Quartet is a fresh sounding ensemble that creates an entertaining Afro-Latin jazz ambiance to any event.
