Alison Zapata has been selected one of the top three artists for the Sprout Fund’s mural/public art program to create city wide murals.

Tuesday/Martes: Alison Zapata has been selected one of the top three artists for the Sprout Fund’s mural/public art program to create city wide murals. One of the murals will go in Squirrel Hill, at the parking area on Murray Ave and Forward Ave, between the BP gas station and Starbucks Coffee, by Poli’s and the Tango CafĂ©. On Tuesday, June 8,
there will be an exhibition of the mural designs at the Space Gallery on Liberty Avenue, Downtown, near the Harris Theatre and a LARGE parking garage from 5:30- 7:00pm.
